2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
Oversee and ensure the successful completion of all activities pertaining to the scoping and execution of special projects and tasks, as determined by Executive Leadership. Be a catalyst for change by ensuring the implementation of best project management practices when collaborating with other functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee special projects, including approving project scoping, project setup, project execution and project closure.
  • Build relationships with the Leadership Team to source strategic projects that are within Chairman's priority.
  • Ensure the project scope (i.e., project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines) is aligned with the leadership expectations.
  • Ensure the allocated team and selected vendors can deliver on the project scope.
  • Oversee the execution of the project, including but not limited to discovery workshops, current state assessment, benchmark activities, content creation and preparation for Steering Committee meetings.
  • Lead engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate data gathering by leveraging on the relationships with the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the team to develop the right narrative and identify the critical analysis to be done in collaboration with other directorates / functions.
  • Review final deliverables and confirm project closure.

Skills

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in corporate strategy development, change management and strategic project management, with at least 4 years in top tier strategy consulting.
  • Diverse sector knowledge and exposure.
  • Experience with organisational change, business restructuring and corporate strategy development would be highly advantageous.
