Develop and execute a data product strategy that drives factory efficiency and optimises operations in line with the company's objectives.Lead the product team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Gather business requirements, leverage industry insights, and work with cross-functional teams to shape and execute the product roadmap.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the product vision meets both user needs and overall business objectives.
Monitor product performance through key metrics like user adoption, engagement, and operational impact to drive optimisation.
Analyze data to uncover opportunities for product enhancements that boost factory performance and align with business goals.
Evaluate new project proposals and track value realisation, communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
Provide mentoring and leadership to ensure the team aligns with company policies and objectives.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelors of Engineering in one of the disciplines (Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or Software) .

Skills

A minimum of 12+ years of experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
Extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of data product development, particularly within digital transformation initiatives.
Proven expertise in delivering products for Industrial Automation and Control systems..
Skilled in creating product storyboards, wireframes, refining backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
Strong collaborator across cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and design, to ensure seamless product development.
