Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence; operations and reports wise.
Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets.

Open to European nationals
At least 2 years of experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager roles within reputable brands in Hospitality/Aesthetics clinics.
