Job Description

2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead, and provide training to the joinery craftsmen team, offering performance feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Oversee machinery maintenance, enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and provide safety training.

Other Educational Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or any related field.

Skills

At least 8 years of UAE experience in the same role from a joinery factory.
Preferably with valid UAE Driving License and own car.

Salary

AED: 8000 - 9000 (Monthly)

Additional Salary Info

Up to 30K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.

Max Age Limit : 55 Years
