Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and various support tools to ensure minimal downtime.
Install and configure computer systems, ensuring that all necessary software is installed correctly and that systems are optimized for performance and security.
Monitor and maintain network performance, using diagnostic tools to identify and rectify connectivity issues and enhance overall system reliability.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met within established timelines and budgets.
Document technical processes and procedures, creating user guides and manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve team efficiency.
Manage inventory of IT equipment, ensuring that all assets are tracked and maintained properly to support organizational needs.
Provide training and support to employees on new software and technologies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to new tools.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices, conducting regular audits and assessments to safeguard company data and resources.
Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills

Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure efficient IT operations.
