Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).
Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.
Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in retail visual merchandising.
Experience in C Level with minimum 4 years in a director-level role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial visual success and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar.

Up to 3K KWD depending on experience and qualifications.
