2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals with strong insurance industry experience to join our Finance team. We currently have three vacancies:
Senior Finance / Financial Reporting
Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer
Treasury & Payments Officer
Candidates must have relevant experience within the insurance industry and strong knowledge of insurance finance and accounting practices.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the Accounts Receivable portfolio.
Follow up on overdue balances and ensure timely collections.
Prepare journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliations.
Reconcile broker, agent, corporate client, and reinsurer accounts, where applicable.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve outstanding balances.
Prepare ageing and collection status reports.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.

Skills

Minimum 5 years of Finance experience within an insurance company.
Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.
Good knowledge of insurance accounting practices.
Hands-on experience in journal entries and account reconciliations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
