2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
We are seeking experienced Finance Professionals with strong insurance industry experience to join our Finance team. We currently have three vacancies:
Senior Finance / Financial Reporting
Accounts Receivable & Collections Officer
Treasury & Payments Officer
Candidates must have relevant experience within the insurance industry and strong knowledge of insurance finance and accounting practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Senior Finance / Financial Reporting
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, reporting packs, management reports, and financial analysis.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare regulatory reports in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and actuaries.
  • Review IFRS 17 actuarial outputs, assumptions, and financial reporting figures.
  • Manage cash flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, MIS, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare Board and Executive Management reports and presentations.
  • Support financial controls, ERP implementation, and process improvements.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.

Skills

  • Recent senior-level financial reporting experience within an insurance company.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 17, IFRS 16, and IFRS 9.
  • Proven experience in insurance financial reporting and IFRS 17 implementation.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination.
