2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
You will be responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing later‑stage growth and pre‑IPO investments, working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio companies.

Job Responsibilities

Managing the end‑to‑end investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and executionBuilding and reviewing detailed financial models and valuations for later‑stage companies.
Preparing investment memoranda, market assessments, and supporting materials.
Proactively sourcing opportunities through networks, ecosystem engagement, and market research.
Coordinating due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
Monitoring portfolio company performance, including financial analysis and KPI tracking.
Supporting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, growth, and capital‑raising activities.
Representing the firm within the regional investment and technology ecosystem.

Other Educational Qualification

Excellent academic background; CFA or similar qualifications are advantageous.

Skills

2-5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Experience evaluating later‑stage or growth‑stage businesses; exposure to public markets is a plus.
Strong communication skills, commercial judgement, and attention to detail.
A genuine interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and investing.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
Willing and able to relocate to Doha.
